After the long wait, the fluffy buddies had finally arrived. But before you could foster one, you’ll need to complete a new quest that a character named Kathleen will give you. She has numbers of puppies for adoption and she’s going to tell you how to obtain one. First thing first, you need to reach level 13 before you could acquire the quest.
